- •Camera: Used for clicking photos of documents directly in the in-app chat to complete compliance filings or registration processes instantly.
- •Microphone: Required for enabling in-app calling and recording short video messages with voice for document verification, support, and compliance purposes.
- •Notifications: Essential for informing you about your service status, filing updates, deadlines, and important alerts related to your applications.
- •Photo/Media Library (Storage Access): Required for uploading documents, certificates, and invoices from your device for service completion, and for downloading generated certificates or reports (e.g., registration certificates, invoices, filings).
We do not use these permissions for any purpose other than those mentioned above.

Upon account deletion, user data is erased from active systems within 30–60 days, except legal records that must be retained.
