Payment detail & allocations
Read a payment record: amount, mode, reference, allocations, and refunds.
The payment page
Open a payment to see:
- Amount and Refunded totals.
- Mode and Reference.
- Date recorded.
Allocations
The Allocations table lists each invoice the payment was applied to and the amount, with a link to open the invoice. If nothing was allocated, it shows that clearly.
Refunds
The Record refund panel and refund history live on the same page — see Refunds.
Refresh
Use Refresh on the page header to reload after recording a refund or related change.
