Margins, customer statement, expenses, subscriptions, the ⓘ definitions, and CSV export.
Profit margin
The Profit margin section shows revenue, margin, and margin %, plus top items and top customers by margin. Margins use the purchase/lot cost you set on items — keep item costs current for accurate figures.
Customer statement
Pick a customer to see their revenue docs, net sales, paid, and due, plus credit/debit note totals and recent documents and payments. A Customer activity modal pages through their documents, payments, and CN/DN.
Expenses, subscriptions, approvals, alerts, reminders
The Reports page also summarises expenses by category, subscription counts by status, pending approvals, unread alerts, and open reminders — a single operations snapshot.
Definitions (the ⓘ buttons)
Each section has an ⓘ button that explains the exact formula it uses (for example how net sales or aging is computed). Use these when a number is not what you expect.
Export
Click Export CSV to download a summary of the current period — sales, receivables, tax, margins, aging, by-document-type, top customers, and the CN/DN register — for your accountant.
