Customers (parties)

Create customers with name, GSTIN (if any), and contact details. Use the customer typeahead when building invoices — search by name or GSTIN.

Items

Add products/services with HSN/SAC, tax rate, and price. The item typeahead on line items works like the customer picker: type to filter the catalog.

Create a few items and one customer before your first invoice so onboarding checklist tasks complete smoothly.
