Dunning
Track failed subscription payment retries and their status.
What dunning shows
Open Subscriptions → Dunning. The page lists failed payment retry attempts for subscription auto-charges, with:
- The subscription and customer.
- The attempt number.
- The status (for example pending, succeeded, failed).
- The scheduled (or completed) time.
Rows link back to the subscription. When there are no attempts, the page shows an empty state.
Notes
Dunning entries appear here when a subscription auto-charge fails. Dunning policy configuration surfaces in subscription settings as it becomes available.
