Create a draft
From Invoices, Quotations, or Proformas, create a draft with customer and line items. Lists show Draft 1, Draft 2… until issue assigns a real number (INV-…, QT-…, etc.).
Use Open on each row to edit.
Issue
Issuing assigns the next number from document numbering, snapshots totals and tax, and enqueues the HTML document for the documents viewer.
Related document types
Billing supports tax invoices, quotations, proformas, and related sales docs depending on your layout. Credit notes and delivery challans follow the same draft → issue pattern where enabled.
