Reports
Sales & the CN/DN register
Net vs gross sales, the credit/debit note register, and period comparison.
Sales documents
The Sales documents section shows, for the period:
- Revenue docs — count of invoices, receipts, and debit notes.
- Net sales — including tax, after credit notes.
- Gross sales — before credit notes.
- Receivables and tax collected (net).
- Quotes & other non-revenue — counted separately and never included in sales.
Charts show the sales mix (gross, net, paid, outstanding) and a net sales trend (daily or weekly).
Credit & debit note register
A dedicated register totals credit notes (reduce net sales), debit notes (increase sales), and the net adjustment (debit − credit), with a table of each note (type, number, customer, issue date, status, total, tax).
Period vs previous
The Period vs previous cards compare sales, document count, tax, and paid amounts against the prior period, with a percentage delta.
By document type & top customers
Charts break down issued value by document type (marking non-revenue and credit categories) and list top customers for the period.
