Invoice field layouts and visual HTML templates for issued documents.
Invoice layouts
Settings → Invoice layouts control which fields appear when you create a document.
- Pick a built-in preset (Standard, B2B, B2C, Second-hand)
- Customise toggles and labels from the catalog (required fields stay on)
- Start from scratch uses catalog fields only
- Save as a named custom preset (unique name)
Set a layout active, then open New invoice — visible fields should match.
Invoice templates
Settings → Invoice templates control the look of issued HTML/PDF documents.
- Select a theme — side preview updates
- Edit sample data — totals update locally until you Save
- Save persists the business template for the documents pipeline
Templates feed the documents viewer after issue.
